Included in the Day of Coordinator package is, the initial meeting (4-6 weeks prior to the wedding), where we go over all your plans/vendors/decor, create a detailed Day of Timeline with the bride, we ask that you provide us with all vendor contracts, so we can reference them and make sure all clauses are being considered the day of the wedding. This first meeting usually lasts between 1-2 hours. Next, we will meet for a site survey at your ceremony/venue site, to go over the floor plan, finalized timeline, and logistics of the event. We double check placement for everything, so I know your vision, and can execute it during setup. I will direct all your vendors, so you don’t have to be worrying about the details, and trying to communicate your vision on the day of the wedding. One to two weeks before the wedding, I will contact, and confirm all vendors, as well as double check arrival times, and make sure they’ve got her contact information for the Day of the Wedding. Lastly, you will have your me for a total of 10 hours on your wedding day. Depending on your timeline, extra hours may be added for $45/hr. In additional, a rehearsal coordinator may also be added for an additional $100.
